It’s been a while since we last wrote to you, so today we would like to share some highlights from the past few months.
The Evolution of OX®
In January 2026, OX Oceanix Watches LLC, founded by Joseph Bolart, alone, in 2023 in the United States, began its strategic transition toward Hong Kong (HKSAR), establishing there its new headquarters and registered office under OX Oceanix Watches LTD, currently owned by founder Joseph Bolart and Eric Yongda.
This transition is driven by a clear operational vision: bringing the company closer to its production hub in Shenzhen, optimizing development, quality control, and response times during a key stage of growth.
As part of its evolution, OX finalized a broader corporate and operational restructuring process by the end of 2025, establishing the foundation for its new stage from Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
The process, initiated at the end of September, was formally completed on December 31st, also involving the closure of the United States entity, with the exception of the logistics warehouse.

Josh “The Buttsy”
Amateur professional golfer and a truly unique character both on and off the green. Whether competing or living his wildest adventures — including expeditions deep into the wilderness — his custom FROG300 GMT Full Metal is always with him, together with the first Cosmoband XL samples.

David Templier
Professional photographer, FUJIFILM ambassador, and explorer of extreme territories: glaciers, mountains, and hostile environments.
David will officially join OX® in the coming days, and his experiences will become part of our everyday journey. He has chosen the Orange Rescue GMT, which will accompany him in his next new challenge.
We are expecting spectacular imagery where David will share both his art and experiences.
