The unit is delivered in a cardboard and technical foam packaging that contains a textile transport bag, a card with a QR code for access to instructions for use, strap adjustment (it is essential to take a look), and maintenance and warranty instructions of the clock. We also provide you with a special key, necessary for adjusting or changing the strap/s.

As a buyer, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the watch to exercise your right to return the product and request a refund or exchange. Damaged, used, or incomplete items sent by the customer will not be accepted (as they cannot be resold), and no refund or exchange will be issued.
